To encourage the physical, mental and
spiritual development of young people to enable them to take a
constructive place in society. |

age range/who is the organisation for: |
Squirrels - age 4 to 5 (Boys and Girls).
Beavers - age 6 to 7 (Boys and Girls). |
| When
does the organisation meet and for how long: |
| Each
Friday evening from 6.45pm to 8.00pm |
| What
happens during a typical meeting: |
|
Activities vary from week to week and
may include; games, craft work, bible stories, quizzes, puzzles,
singing, themed badge work, visits outdoors, art work, prayers,
exploring nature and the world around us and our opening and closing
ceremonies. |
| Special
events/projects in the past: |
1.
Filled shoeboxes for needy children in Belarus.
2. Recycling project.
3. Fundraising to send Bibles to China.
4. Nature trails/tree planting in Lurgan and Portadown parks.
5. Visits in the community - Fire Station, Post Office, Ambulance
Centre. |
