To make friends with those who come.
To provide a place where mothers, grandmothers and child-minders can
come together.
To provide a safe environment where young children can play and

age range/who is the organisation for: |
|
All pre-school age children and babies. |
| When
does the organisation meet and for how long: |
Tuesday 10.00am to 12.00pm
Thursday 10.00am to 12.00pm |
| What
happens during a typical meeting: |
Free play using the many toys that are
available.
Children are taught choruses.
At break time children have juice and biscuits and toast (tea for
adults!).
Physical activity - playing with balls, hoops, etc.
Crafts, stories, rhymes, singing games. |
| Special
events/projects in the past: |
Parties, picnics, outings, walks.
Special visits from people of different walks of life, e.g. a nurse,
a lollipop man, a fireman.
Sponsored tricycle race. |
| What
does somebody do if they want to join or if they want more
information about the organisation: |

Come along to one of our meetings with
their baby or toddler at the
times stated or contact Mrs. Marjorie Cushnie or Mrs. Maureen Hamill.
At your first meeting you will be asked to fill in a registration
form. There is a fee of £1.00 per child per day to cover the
costs of juice and biscuits, etc.

| Anything
else you would like to add about the organisation: |

Mothers, grandmothers or
child-minders are welcome to stay with their child for the whole two
hours. However, if the child is two years of age and is happy
to be left, the mother may leave him or her. |
