Christian Endeavour is a Christ centred,
church based organisation whose aim is to win boys and girls and
young people for Jesus Christ and then to prepare them for service
both in the Church and further afield. |

age range/who is the organisation for: |
|
Boys and girls aged 4 - 13 years. |
| When
does the organisation meet and for how long: |
|
Every Monday evening from 6.45pm -
7.45pm |
| What
happens during a typical meeting: |
|
A typical meeting consists of various
items such as singing, bible reading, prayer and a talk as well as
quizzes, memory verses and stories. The different items are
done by the children themselves with help and support from leaders
if necessary. We also have
novelty meetings with special themes, e.g. dressing up; children
come dressed as Bible characters, shipwreck; we pretend we have been
shipwrecked on a desert island and have a meeting with no Bibles,
hymn books or instruments. |
